诗 121:1 （上行之诗。）我要向山举目，我的帮助从何而来？ 诗 121:2 我的帮助从造天地的耶和华而来。 诗 121:3 他必不叫你的脚摇动，保护你的必不打盹。 诗 121:4 保护以色列的，也不打盹，也不睡觉。 诗 121:5 保护你的是耶和华，耶和华在你右边荫庇你。 诗 121:6 白日太阳必不伤你，夜间月亮必不害你。 诗 121:7 耶和华要保护你，免受一切的灾害，他要保护你的性命。 诗 121:8 你出你入，耶和华要保护你，从今时直到永远。 诗 122:1 （大卫上行之诗。）人对我说：“我们往耶和华的殿去。”我就欢喜。 诗 122:2 耶路撒冷啊！我们的脚站在你的门内。 诗 122:3 耶路撒冷被建造，如同连络整齐的一座城。 诗 122:4 众支派，就是耶和华的支派，上那里去，按以色列的常例(或作“作以色列的证据”)称赞耶和华的名。 诗 122:5 因为在那里设立审判的宝座，就是大卫家的宝座。 诗 122:6 你们要为耶路撒冷求平安。耶路撒冷啊！爱你的人必然兴旺。 诗 122:7 愿你城中平安，愿你宫内兴旺。 诗 122:8 因我弟兄和同伴的缘故，我要说：“愿平安在你中间。” 诗 122:9 因耶和华我们　神殿的缘故，我要为你求福。 诗 123:1 （上行之诗。）坐在天上的主啊！我向你举目。 诗 123:2 看哪！仆人的眼睛怎样望主人的手，使女的眼睛怎样望主母的手，我们的眼睛也照样望耶和华我们的　神，直到他怜悯我们。 诗 123:3 耶和华啊！求你怜悯我们，怜悯我们，因为我们被藐视，已到极处。 诗 123:4 我们被那些安逸人的讥诮和骄傲人的藐视，已到极处。 诗 124:1 （大卫上行之诗。）以色列人要说，若不是耶和华帮助我们， 诗 124:2 若不是耶和华帮助我们，当人起来攻击我们， 诗 124:3 向我们发怒的时候，就把我们活活地吞了。 诗 124:4 那时，波涛必漫过我们，河水必淹没我们， 诗 124:5 狂傲的水必淹没我们。 诗 124:6 耶和华是应当称颂的，他没有把我们当野食交给他们吞吃(原文作“牙齿”)。 诗 124:7 我们好象雀鸟，从捕鸟人的网罗里逃脱；网罗破裂，我们逃脱了。 诗 124:8 我们得帮助，是在乎倚靠造天地之耶和华的名。 (和合本 CUV)

 

 

Ps 121:1 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. Ps 121:2 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. Ps 121:3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved, he that keepeth thee will not slumber. Ps 121:4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. Ps 121:5 The LORD is thy keeper, the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. Ps 121:6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. Ps 121:7 The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil, he shall preserve thy soul. Ps 121:8 The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore. Ps 122:1 I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD. Ps 122:2 Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem. Ps 122:3 Jerusalem is builded as a city that is compact together, Ps 122:4 Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the LORD. Ps 122:5 For there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones of the house of David. Ps 122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, they shall prosper that love thee. Ps 122:7 Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces. Ps 122:8 For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee. Ps 122:9 Because of the house of the LORD our God I will seek thy good. Ps 123:1 Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens. Ps 123:2 Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon the LORD our God, until that he have mercy upon us. Ps 123:3 Have mercy upon us, O LORD, have mercy upon us, for we are exceedingly filled with contempt. Ps 123:4 Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease, and with the contempt of the proud. Ps 124:1 If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, now may Israel say; Ps 124:2 If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, when men rose up against us, Ps 124:3 Then they had swallowed us up quick, when their wrath was kindled against us, Ps 124:4 Then the waters had overwhelmed us, the stream had gone over our soul, Ps 124:5 Then the proud waters had gone over our soul. Ps 124:6 Blessed be the LORD, who hath not given us as a prey to their teeth. Ps 124:7 Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers, the snare is broken, and we are escaped. Ps 124:8 Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth. (King James Version KJV)
