民 34:1 耶和华晓谕摩西说： 民 34:2 “你吩咐以色列人说：你们到了迦南地，就是归你们为业的迦南四境之地： 民 34:3 南角要从寻的旷野，贴着以东的边界；南界要从盐海东头起， 民 34:4 绕到亚克拉滨坡的南边，接连到寻，直通到加低斯巴尼亚的南边；又通到哈萨亚达，接连到押们； 民 34:5 从押们转到埃及小河，直通到海为止。 民 34:6 “西边要以大海为界，这就是你们的西界。 民 34:7 “北界要从大海起，画到何珥山； 民 34:8 从何珥山画到哈马口，通到西达达； 民 34:9 又通到西斐仑，直到哈萨以难。这要作你们的北界。 民 34:10 “你们要从哈萨以难画到示番为东界。 民 34:11 这界要从示番下到亚延东边的利比拉，又要达到基尼烈湖的东边。 民 34:12 这界要下到约但河，通到盐海为止，这四围的边界以内，要作你们的地。” 民 34:13 摩西吩咐以色列人说：“这地就是耶和华吩咐拈阄给九个半支派承受为业的； 民 34:14 因为流便支派和迦得支派，按着宗族受了产业；玛拿西半个支派也受了产业。 民 34:15 这两个半支派已经在耶利哥对面、约但河东，向日出之地受了产业。” 民 34:16 耶和华晓谕摩西说： 民 34:17 “要给你们分地为业之人的名字，是祭司以利亚撒和嫩的儿子约书亚。 民 34:18 又要从每支派中，选一个首领帮助他们。 民 34:19 这些人的名字：犹大支派，有耶孚尼的儿子迦勒； 民 34:20 西缅支派，有亚米忽的儿子示母利； 民 34:21 便雅悯支派，有基斯伦的儿子以利达； 民 34:22 但支派有一个首领，约利的儿子布基； 民 34:23 约瑟的子孙玛拿西支派有一个首领，以弗的儿子汉聂； 民 34:24 以法莲支派有一个首领，拾弗但的儿子基母利； 民 34:25 西布伦支派有一个首领，帕纳的儿子以利撒番； 民 34:26 以萨迦支派有一个首领，阿散的儿子帕铁， 民 34:27 亚设支派有一个首领，示罗米的儿子亚希忽； 民 34:28 拿弗他利支派有一个首领，亚米忽的儿子比大黑。” 民 34:29 这些人就是耶和华所吩咐，在迦南地把产业分给以色列人的。 民 35:1 耶和华在摩押平原，约但河边，耶利哥对面晓谕摩西说： 民 35:2 “你吩咐以色列人，要从所得为业的地中，把些城给利未人居住，也要把这城四围的郊野给利未人。 民 35:3 这城邑要归他们居住，城邑的郊野，可以牧养他们的牛羊和各样的牲畜，又可以安置他们的财物。 民 35:4 你们给利未人的郊野，要从城根起，四围往外量一千肘。 民 35:5 另外东量二千肘、南量二千肘、西量二千肘、北量二千肘为边界，城在当中；这要归他们作城邑的郊野。 民 35:6 你们给利未人的城邑，其中当有六座逃城，使误杀人的可以逃到那里。此外还要给他们四十二座城。 民 35:7 你们要给利未人的城，共有四十八座，连城带郊野，都要给他们。 民 35:8 以色列人所得的地业，从中要把些城邑给利未人；人多的就多给，人少的就少给；各支派要按所承受为业之地，把城邑给利未人。” 民 35:9 耶和华晓谕摩西说： 民 35:10 “你吩咐以色列人说：你们过约但河，进了迦南地， 民 35:11 就要分出几座城，为你们作逃城，使误杀人的可以逃到那里。 民 35:12 这些城，可以作逃避报仇人的城，使误杀人的不至于死，等他站在会众面前听审判。 民 35:13 你们所分出来的城，要作六座逃城。 民 35:14 在约但河东要分出三座城；在迦南地也要分出三座城，都作逃城。 民 35:15 这六座城要给以色列人和他们中间的外人，并寄居的，作为逃城，使误杀人的都可以逃到那里。 民 35:16 “倘若人用铁器打人，以致打死，他就是故杀人的；故杀人的必被治死。 民 35:17 若用可以打死人的石头打死了人，他就是故杀人的；故杀人的必被治死。 民 35:18 若用可以打死人的木器打死了人，他就是故杀人的；故杀人的必被治死。 民 35:19 报血仇的必亲自杀那故杀人的，一遇见就杀他。 民 35:20 人若因怨恨把人推倒，或是埋伏往人身上扔物，以致于死； 民 35:21 或是因仇恨用手打人，以致于死；那打人的，必被治死。他是故杀人的，报血仇的一遇见就杀他。 民 35:22 “倘若人没有仇恨，忽然将人推倒；或是没有埋伏，把物扔在人身上； 民 35:23 或是没有看见的时候，用可以打死人的石头，扔在人身上，以致于死，本来与他无仇，也无意害他。 民 35:24 会众就要照典章，在打死人的和报血仇的中间审判。 民 35:25 会众要救这误杀人的脱离报血仇人的手，也要使他归入逃城。他要住在其中，直等到受圣膏的大祭司死了。 民 35:26 但误杀人的，无论什么时候，若出了逃城的境外； 民 35:27 报血仇的在逃城境外遇见他，将他杀了，报血仇的就没有流血之罪。 民 35:28 因为误杀人的该住在逃城里，等到大祭司死了。大祭司死了以后，误杀人的才可以回到他所得为业之地。 民 35:29 这在你们一切的住处，要作你们世世代代的律例、典章。 民 35:30 “无论谁故杀人，要凭几个见证人的口，把那故杀人的杀了，只是不可凭一个见证的口叫人死。 民 35:31 故杀人、犯死罪的，你们不可收赎价代替他的命，他必被治死。 民 35:32 那逃到逃城的人，你们不可为他收赎价，使他在大祭司未死以先，再来住在本地。 民 35:33 这样，你们就不污秽所住之地，因为血是污秽地的；若有在地上流人血的，非流那杀人者的血，那地就不得洁净(“洁净”原文作“赎”)。 民 35:34 你们不可玷污所住之地，就是我住在其中之地，因为我耶和华住在以色列人中间。” (和合本 CUV)

 

 

Num 34:1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Num 34:2 Command the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land of Canaan; (this is the land that shall fall unto you for an inheritance, even the land of Canaan with the coasts thereof,) Num 34:3 Then your south quarter shall be from the wilderness of Zin along by the coast of Edom, and your south border shall be the outmost coast of the salt sea eastward, Num 34:4 And your border shall turn from the south to the ascent of Akrabbim, and pass on to Zin, and the going forth thereof shall be from the south to Kadeshbarnea, and shall go on to Hazaraddar, and pass on to Azmon, Num 34:5 And the border shall fetch a compass from Azmon unto the river of Egypt, and the goings out of it shall be at the sea. Num 34:6 And as for the western border, ye shall even have the great sea for a border, this shall be your west border. Num 34:7 And this shall be your north border, from the great sea ye shall point out for you mount Hor, Num 34:8 From mount Hor ye shall point out your border unto the entrance of Hamath; and the goings forth of the border shall be to Zedad, Num 34:9 And the border shall go on to Ziphron, and the goings out of it shall be at Hazarenan, this shall be your north border. Num 34:10 And ye shall point out your east border from Hazarenan to Shepham, Num 34:11 And the coast shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east side of Ain; and the border shall descend, and shall reach unto the side of the sea of Chinnereth eastward, Num 34:12 And the border shall go down to Jordan, and the goings out of it shall be at the salt sea, this shall be your land with the coasts thereof round about. Num 34:13 And Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying, This is the land which ye shall inherit by lot, which the LORD commanded to give unto the nine tribes, and to the half tribe, Num 34:14 For the tribe of the children of Reuben according to the house of their fathers, and the tribe of the children of Gad according to the house of their fathers, have received their inheritance; and half the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance, Num 34:15 The two tribes and the half tribe have received their inheritance on this side Jordan near Jericho eastward, toward the sunrising. Num 34:16 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Num 34:17 These are the names of the men which shall divide the land unto you, Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun. Num 34:18 And ye shall take one prince of every tribe, to divide the land by inheritance. Num 34:19 And the names of the men are these, Of the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh. Num 34:20 And of the tribe of the children of Simeon, Shemuel the son of Ammihud. Num 34:21 Of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Chislon. Num 34:22 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Dan, Bukki the son of Jogli. Num 34:23 The prince of the children of Joseph, for the tribe of the children of Manasseh, Hanniel the son of Ephod. Num 34:24 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Ephraim, Kemuel the son of Shiphtan. Num 34:25 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Zebulun, Elizaphan the son of Parnach. Num 34:26 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Issachar, Paltiel the son of Azzan. Num 34:27 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Asher, Ahihud the son of Shelomi. Num 34:28 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Naphtali, Pedahel the son of Ammihud. Num 34:29 These are they whom the LORD commanded to divide the inheritance unto the children of Israel in the land of Canaan. Num 35:1 And the LORD spake unto Moses in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying, Num 35:2 Command the children of Israel, that they give unto the Levites of the inheritance of their possession cities to dwell in; and ye shall give also unto the Levites suburbs for the cities round about them. Num 35:3 And the cities shall they have to dwell in; and the suburbs of them shall be for their cattle, and for their goods, and for all their beasts. Num 35:4 And the suburbs of the cities, which ye shall give unto the Levites, shall reach from the wall of the city and outward a thousand cubits round about. Num 35:5 And ye shall measure from without the city on the east side two thousand cubits, and on the south side two thousand cubits, and on the west side two thousand cubits, and on the north side two thousand cubits; and the city shall be in the midst, this shall be to them the suburbs of the cities. Num 35:6 And among the cities which ye shall give unto the Levites there shall be six cities for refuge, which ye shall appoint for the manslayer, that he may flee thither, and to them ye shall add forty and two cities. Num 35:7 So all the cities which ye shall give to the Levites shall be forty and eight cities, them shall ye give with their suburbs. Num 35:8 And the cities which ye shall give shall be of the possession of the children of Israel, from them that have many ye shall give many; but from them that have few ye shall give few, every one shall give of his cities unto the Levites according to his inheritance which he inheriteth. Num 35:9 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Num 35:10 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come over Jordan into the land of Canaan; Num 35:11 Then ye shall appoint you cities to be cities of refuge for you; that the slayer may flee thither, which killeth any person at unawares. Num 35:12 And they shall be unto you cities for refuge from the avenger; that the manslayer die not, until he stand before the congregation in judgment. Num 35:13 And of these cities which ye shall give six cities shall ye have for refuge. Num 35:14 Ye shall give three cities on this side Jordan, and three cities shall ye give in the land of Canaan, which shall be cities of refuge. Num 35:15 These six cities shall be a refuge, both for the children of Israel, and for the stranger, and for the sojourner among them, that every one that killeth any person unawares may flee thither. Num 35:16 And if he smite him with an instrument of iron, so that he die, he is a murderer, the murderer shall surely be put to death. Num 35:17 And if he smite him with throwing a stone, wherewith he may die, and he die, he is a murderer, the murderer shall surely be put to death. Num 35:18 Or if he smite him with an hand weapon of wood, wherewith he may die, and he die, he is a murderer, the murderer shall surely be put to death. Num 35:19 The revenger of blood himself shall slay the murderer, when he meeteth him, he shall slay him. Num 35:20 But if he thrust him of hatred, or hurl at him by laying of wait, that he die; Num 35:21 Or in enmity smite him with his hand, that he die, he that smote him shall surely be put to death; for he is a murderer, the revenger of blood shall slay the murderer, when he meeteth him. Num 35:22 But if he thrust him suddenly without enmity, or have cast upon him any thing without laying of wait, Num 35:23 Or with any stone, wherewith a man may die, seeing him not, and cast it upon him, that he die, and was not his enemy, neither sought his harm, Num 35:24 Then the congregation shall judge between the slayer and the revenger of blood according to these judgments, Num 35:25 And the congregation shall deliver the slayer out of the hand of the revenger of blood, and the congregation shall restore him to the city of his refuge, whither he was fled, and he shall abide in it unto the death of the high priest, which was anointed with the holy oil. Num 35:26 But if the slayer shall at any time come without the border of the city of his refuge, whither he was fled; Num 35:27 And the revenger of blood find him without the borders of the city of his refuge, and the revenger of blood kill the slayer; he shall not be guilty of blood, Num 35:28 Because he should have remained in the city of his refuge until the death of the high priest, but after the death of the high priest the slayer shall return into the land of his possession. Num 35:29 So these things shall be for a statute of judgment unto you throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
