^{出 5:1} 后来摩西、亚伦去对法老说：“耶和华以色列的　神这样说：‘容我的百姓去，在旷野向我守节。’” ^{出 5:2} 法老说：“耶和华是谁，使我听他的话，容以色列人去呢？我不认识耶和华，也不容以色列人去！” ^{出 5:3} 他们说：“希伯来人的　神遇见了我们，求你容我们往旷野去，走三天的路程，祭祀耶和华我们的　神，免得他用瘟疫，刀兵攻击我们。” ^{出 5:4} 埃及王对他们说：“摩西、亚伦，你们为什么叫百姓旷工呢？你们去担你们的担子吧！” ^{出 5:5} 又说：“看哪，这地的以色列人，如今众多，你们竟叫他们歇下担子！” ^{出 5:6} 当天法老吩咐督工的和官长说： ^{出 5:7} “你们不可照常把草给百姓作砖，叫他们自己去捡草。 ^{出 5:8} 他们素常作砖的数目，你们仍旧向他们要，一点不可减少，因为他们是懒惰的，所以呼求说：‘容我们去祭祀我们的　神。’ ^{出 5:9} 你们要把更重的工夫加在这些人身上，叫他们劳碌，不听虚谎的言语。” ^{出 5:10} 督工的和官长出来对百姓说：“法老这样说：‘我不给你们草。 ^{出 5:11} 你们自己在哪里能找草，就往那里去找吧！但你们的工一点不可减少。’” ^{出 5:12} 于是百姓散在埃及遍地，捡碎秸当作草。 ^{出 5:13} 督工的催着说：“你们一天当完一天的工，与先前有草一样。” ^{出 5:14} 法老督工的责打他所派以色列人的官长说：“你们昨天今天为什么没有照向来的数目作砖，完你们的工作呢？” ^{出 5:15} 以色列人的官长就来哀求法老说：“为什么这样待你的仆人？ ^{出 5:16} 督工的不把草给仆人，并且对我们说：‘作砖吧！’看哪！你仆人挨了打，其实是你百姓的错。” ^{出 5:17} 但法老说：“你们是懒惰的！你们是懒惰的！所以说，‘容我们去祭祀耶和华。’ ^{出 5:18} 现在你们去作工吧！草是不给你们的，砖却要如数交纳。” ^{出 5:19} 以色列人的官长听说：“你们每天作砖的工作一点不可减少，”就知道是遭遇祸患了。 ^{出 5:20} 他们离了法老出来，正遇见摩西、亚伦站在对面， ^{出 5:21} 就向他们说：“愿耶和华鉴察你们，施行判断，因你们使我们在法老和他臣仆面前有了臭名，把刀递在他们手中杀我们。” ^{出 5:22} 摩西回到耶和华那里说：“主啊！你为什么苦待这百姓呢？为什么打发我去呢？ ^{出 5:23} 自从我去见法老，奉你的名说话，他就苦待这百姓，你一点也没有拯救他们。” ^{出 6:1} 耶和华对摩西说：“现在你必看见我向法老所行的事，使他因我大能的手容以色列人去，且把他们赶出他的地。” ^{出 6:2} 　神晓谕摩西说：“我是耶和华。 ^{出 6:3} 我从前向亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各显现为全能的　神；至于我名耶和华，他们未曾知道。 ^{出 6:4} 我与他们坚定所立的约，要把他们寄居的迦南地赐给他们。 ^{出 6:5} 我也听见以色列人被埃及人苦待的哀声，我也记念我的约。 ^{出 6:6} 所以你要对以色列人说：‘我是耶和华，我要用伸出来的膀臂重重地刑罚埃及人，救赎你们脱离他们的重担，不作他们的苦工。 ^{出 6:7} 我要以你们为我的百姓，我也要作你们的　神，你们要知道我是耶和华你们的　神，是救你们脱离埃及人之重担的。 ^{出 6:8} 我起誓应许给亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各的那地，我要把你们领进去，将那地赐给你们为业，我是耶和华。’” ^{出 6:9} 摩西将这话告诉以色列人，只是他们因苦工愁烦，不肯听他的话。 ^{出 6:10} 耶和华晓谕摩西说： ^{出 6:11} “你进去对埃及王法老说：‘要容以色列人出他的地。’” ^{出 6:12} 摩西在耶和华面前说：“以色列人尚且不听我的话，法老怎肯听我这拙口笨舌的人呢？” ^{出 6:13} 耶和华吩咐摩西、亚伦往以色列人和埃及王法老那里去，把以色列人从埃及地领出来。 ^{出 6:14} 以色列人家长的名字记在下面：以色列长子流便的儿子是哈诺、法路、希斯仑、迦米；这是流便的各家。 ^{出 6:15} 西缅的儿子是耶母利、雅悯、阿辖、雅斤、琐辖，和迦南女子的儿子扫罗；这是西缅的各家。 ^{出 6:16} 利未众子的名字，按着他们的后代记在下面：就是革顺、哥辖、米拉利。利未一生的岁数是一百三十七岁。 ^{出 6:17} 革顺的儿子按着家室是立尼、示每。 ^{出 6:18} 哥辖的儿子是暗兰、以斯哈、希伯伦、乌薛。哥辖一生的岁数是一百三十三岁。 ^{出 6:19} 米拉利的儿子是抹利和母示；这是利未的家，都按着他们的后代。 ^{出 6:20} 暗兰娶了他父亲的妹妹约基别为妻，她给他生了亚伦和摩西。暗兰一生的岁数是一百三十七岁。 ^{出 6:21} 以斯哈的儿子是可拉、尼斐、细基利。 ^{出 6:22} 乌薛的儿子是米沙利、以利撒反、西提利。 ^{出 6:23} 亚伦娶了亚米拿达的女儿拿顺的妹妹以利沙巴为妻，她给他生了拿答、亚比户、以利亚撒、以他玛。 ^{出 6:24} 可拉的儿子是亚惜、以利加拿、亚比亚撒；这是可拉的各家。 ^{出 6:25} 亚伦的儿子以利亚撒，娶了普铁的一个女儿为妻，她给他生了非尼哈。这是利未人的家长，都按着他们的家。 ^{出 6:26} 耶和华说：“将以色列人按着他们的军队从埃及地领出来。”这是对那亚伦、摩西说的。 ^{出 6:27} 对埃及王法老说，要将以色列人从埃及领出来的，就是这摩西、亚伦。 ^{出 6:28} 当耶和华在埃及地对摩西说话的日子， ^{出 6:29} 他向摩西说：“我是耶和华，我对你说的一切话，你都要告诉埃及王法老。” ^{出 6:30} 摩西在耶和华面前说：“看哪！我是拙口笨舌的人，法老怎肯听我呢？” (和合本 CUV)

^{Exod 5:1} And afterward Moses and Aaron went in, and told Pharaoh, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Let my people go, that they may hold a feast unto me in the wilderness. ^{Exod 5:2} And Pharaoh said, Who is the LORD, that I should obey his voice to let Israel go? I know not the LORD, neither will I let Israel go. ^{Exod 5:3} And they said, The God of the Hebrews hath met with us, let us go, we pray thee, three days' journey into the desert, and sacrifice unto the LORD our God; lest he fall upon us with pestilence, or with the sword. ^{Exod 5:4} And the king of Egypt said unto them, Wherefore do ye, Moses and Aaron, let the people from their works? get you unto your burdens. ^{Exod 5:5} And Pharaoh said, Behold, the people of the land now are many, and ye make them rest from their burdens. ^{Exod 5:6} And Pharaoh commanded the same day the taskmasters of the people, and their officers, saying, ^{Exod 5:7} Ye shall no more give the people straw to make brick, as heretofore, let them go and gather straw for themselves. ^{Exod 5:8} And the tale of the bricks, which they did make heretofore, ye shall lay upon them; ye shall not diminish ought thereof, for they be idle; therefore they cry, saying, Let us go and sacrifice to our God. ^{Exod 5:9} Let there more work be laid upon the men, that they may labour therein; and let them not regard vain words. ^{Exod 5:10} And the taskmasters of the people went out, and their officers, and they spake to the people, saying, Thus saith Pharaoh, I will not give you straw. ^{Exod 5:11} Go ye, get you straw where ye can find it, yet not ought of your work shall be diminished. ^{Exod 5:12} So the people were scattered abroad throughout all the land of Egypt to gather stubble instead of straw. ^{Exod 5:13} And the taskmasters hasted them, saying, Fulfil your works, your daily tasks, as when there was straw. ^{Exod 5:14} And the officers of the children of Israel, which Pharaoh's taskmasters had set over them, were beaten, and demanded, Wherefore have ye not fulfilled your task in making brick both yesterday and to day, as heretofore? ^{Exod 5:15} Then the officers of the children of Israel came and cried unto Pharaoh, saying, Wherefore dealest thou thus with thy servants? ^{Exod 5:16} There is no straw given unto thy servants, and they say to us, Make brick, and, behold, thy servants are beaten; but the fault is in thine own people. ^{Exod 5:17} But he said, Ye are idle, ye are idle, therefore ye say, Let us go and do sacrifice to the LORD. ^{Exod 5:18} Go therefore now, and work; for there shall no straw be given you, yet shall ye deliver the tale of bricks. ^{Exod 5:19} And the officers of the children of Israel did see that they were in evil case, after it was said, Ye shall not minish ought from your bricks of your daily task. ^{Exod 5:20} And they met Moses and Aaron, who stood in the way, as they came forth from Pharaoh, ^{Exod 5:21} And they said unto them, The LORD look upon you, and judge; because ye have made our savour to be abhorred in the eyes of Pharaoh, and in the eyes of his servants, to put a sword in their hand to slay us. ^{Exod 5:22} And Moses returned unto the LORD, and said, LORD, wherefore hast thou so evil entreated this people? why is it that thou hast sent me? ^{Exod 5:23} For since I came to Pharaoh to speak in thy name, he hath done evil to this people; neither hast thou delivered thy people at all. ^{Exod 6:1} Then the LORD said unto Moses, Now shalt thou see what I will do to Pharaoh, for with a strong hand shall he let them go, and with a strong hand shall he drive them out of his land. ^{Exod 6:2} And God spake unto Moses, and said unto him, I am the LORD, ^{Exod 6:3} And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them. ^{Exod 6:4} And I have also established my covenant with them, to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their pilgrimage, wherein they were strangers. ^{Exod 6:5} And I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel, whom the Egyptians keep in bondage; and I have remembered my covenant. ^{Exod 6:6} Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments, ^{Exod 6:7} And I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you a God, and ye shall know that I am the LORD your God, which bringeth you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians. ^{Exod 6:8} And I will bring you in unto the land, concerning the which I did swear to give it to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob; and I will give it you for an heritage, I am the LORD. ^{Exod 6:9} And Moses spake so unto the children of Israel, but they hearkened not unto Moses for anguish of spirit, and for cruel bondage. ^{Exod 6:10} And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, ^{Exod 6:11} Go in, speak unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, that he let the children of Israel go out of his land. ^{Exod 6:12} And Moses spake before the LORD, saying, Behold, the children of Israel have not hearkened unto me; how then shall Pharaoh hear me, who am of uncircumcised lips? ^{Exod 6:13} And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, and gave them a charge unto the children of Israel, and unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt. ^{Exod 6:14} These be the heads of their fathers' houses, The sons of Reuben the firstborn of Israel; Hanoch, and Pallu, Hezron, and Carmi, these be the families of Reuben. ^{Exod 6:15} And the sons of Simeon; Jemuel, and Jamin, and Ohad, and Jachin, and Zohar, and Shaul the son of a Canaanitish woman, these are the families of Simeon. ^{Exod 6:16} And these are the names of the sons of Levi according to their generations; Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari, and the years of the life of Levi were an hundred thirty and seven years. ^{Exod 6:17} The sons of Gershon; Libni, and Shimi, according to their families. ^{Exod 6:18} And the sons of Kohath; Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel, and the years of the life of Kohath were an hundred thirty and three years. ^{Exod 6:19} And the sons of Merari; Mahali and Mushi, these are the families of Levi according to their generations. ^{Exod 6:20} And Amram took him Jochebed his father's sister to wife; and she bare him Aaron and Moses, and the years of the life of Amram were an hundred and thirty and seven years. ^{Exod 6:21} And the sons of Izhar; Korah, and Nepheg, and Zichri. ^{Exod 6:22} And the sons of Uzziel; Mishael, and Elzaphan, and Zithri. ^{Exod 6:23} And Aaron took him Elisheba, daughter of Amminadab, sister of Naashon, to wife; and she bare him Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar. ^{Exod 6:24} And the sons of Korah; Assir, and Elkanah, and Abiasaph, these are the families of the Korhites. ^{Exod 6:25} And Eleazar Aaron's son took him one of the daughters of Putiel to wife; and she bare him Phinehas, these are the heads of the fathers of the Levites according to their families. ^{Exod 6:26} These are that Aaron and Moses, to whom the LORD said, Bring out the children of Israel from the land of Egypt according to their armies. ^{Exod 6:27} These are they which spake to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring out the children of Israel from Egypt, these are that Moses and Aaron. ^{Exod 6:28} And it came to pass on the day when the LORD spake unto Moses in the land of Egypt, ^{Exod 6:29} That the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, I am the LORD, speak thou unto Pharaoh king of Egypt all that I say unto thee. ^{Exod 6:30} And Moses said before the LORD, Behold, I am of uncircumcised lips, and how shall Pharaoh hearken unto me?
